El AFC Bournemouth ha rechazado oficialmente una propuesta del Olympique Lyonnais por el delantero Hamed Junior Traoré, de 25 años.
La temporada pasada, Traoré experimentó un resurgimiento significativo en su carrera durante una exitosa cesión en el AJ Auxerre. Allí, demostró su capacidad al anotar 10 goles en 26 partidos de liga, una contribución vital que ayudó al equipo a asegurar su permanencia en la Ligue 1. A pesar del claro interés del Auxerre en mantenerlo, las limitaciones financieras del club impidieron la posibilidad de un nuevo acuerdo.
Por su parte, el Lyon, pese a haber implementado medidas de austeridad y de haber realizado otros fichajes, como el de Tyler Morton procedente del Liverpool, intentó incorporar a Traoré mediante una cesión. Sin embargo, el Bournemouth desestimó esta oferta. El club de la Premier League no se opone a la salida del delantero, pero su prioridad es concretar un traspaso permanente, mostrando reticencia a considerar un nuevo acuerdo de préstamo.
Según los reportes, el Lyon podría retomar las negociaciones por Traoré más adelante en la ventana de transferencias, siempre y cuando el Bournemouth flexibilice sus exigencias económicas para una venta definitiva o se muestre más abierto a aceptar otra cesión.

Despite Auxerre`s clear interest in retaining him, the club`s financial constraints prevented the possibility of a new deal.
Meanwhile, Lyon, despite implementing austerity measures and making other signings such as Tyler Morton from Liverpool, sought to acquire Traoré on loan. However, Bournemouth declined this offer. The Premier League club does not object to the forward`s departure, but their priority is to finalize a permanent transfer, showing reluctance to consider another loan agreement.
Reports suggest that Lyon might resume negotiations for Traoré later in the transfer window, provided Bournemouth softens its financial demands for a definitive sale or becomes more amenable to accepting another loan spell.
