OGC Nice is reportedly on the verge of signing Hamburg`s 23-year-old forward, Ransford Yeboah-Königsdörffer, as per information from L’Équipe.
The French club`s season begins on August 6th with a crucial UEFA Champions League qualifying match against SL Benfica. Before this vital encounter, `Le Gym` could secure the services of Yeboah-Königsdörffer, with L’Équipe indicating that a deal is swiftly approaching completion. The transfer fee is estimated to be in the range of €6-7 million.
Although the final agreement between the clubs is still pending, the Ghanaian international striker has already undergone his medical examination. Nice is keen to register him in time for the Benfica fixture. Last season, Yeboah-Königsdörffer was prolific for Hamburg, scoring 14 goals in Germany`s Bundesliga 2.
